Koi Pond Original Linocut
An original linocut of a koi pond with lotus flowers gives a serene feeling with a deep blue green color gradient. This is is an original linocut, made from carving a single block and applying ink to the surface of the block. It is then rolled through my table top press to create a one of a kind imprinted image. Image measures approx. 5×7” and is printed on an 8×10” sheet of Rives BFK cotton Rag paper., with non-toxic oil-based printing inks. Paper features a deckled edge, prints are individually signed and numbered.
Since this is a color gradient, each one is uniquely different and cannot be duplicated. This print is part of a varied edition of 25 prints. Prints come packaged in archival clear sleeve with acid free cardboard backing.
